High Power Microscopes

A high power microscope is a type of microscope which is especially intended in viewing biological and other scientific specimens. If you want to learn a lot of things about biology or to how use a microscope and how does it function, a prepared microscope slide is the best thing for you to have. An optional phase contrast kit is best highly suggested, especially if you are using an unstained microscope slide or using a fresh tissue specimen. A PCM (short for the Phase Contrast Microscopy) tranforms a change in light wave phase.
